Okkervil River, Free In-Store Performance, Amoeba Music (SF), Tonight at 6pm.
So the band played last night at the Independent. I'm sure it was a great show. But only suckers pay retail when you can take advantage of the free goodness of an Amoeba in-store performance. God bless San Francisco and its warm embrace of the revolutionary, capitalist-shunning notion of free.
